3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
- Maintain accurate account information
- Keep login credentials confidential
- Be responsible for all activities under their account
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Misuse, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the platform
- Upload false, misleading, or unlawful content

5. Content & Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

10. Suspension & Termination

- For non-payment of fees

Termination does not waive outstanding obligations.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.

While we apply industry best practices, Reliance Corporation does not guarantee protection against:
- Malware or viruses
- System outages
- Unauthorized access caused by external factors
Users are responsible for securing their own devices and credentials.
